Just cause its trading at a nickel does not mean its under the radar ...I bet my last dolllar that others know... and are doing what they do best ...they have no vested reason to see share price rise and I will leave it at that...until someone like a Sandstorm or Osisko or big fund takes a position in MTO ...all retail investors can do is buy cheap and wait...IMHO..
