"...we still havent even prepared the submission for the amendment to the permit." as stated by "Miningman."

That is yet another lie perpetrated by "Miningman."  In fact, the company states:

"The Company believes strongly in the potential for Yellow Giant and is working diligently to restart operations as soon as possible."

Nowhere does the PR state that a submission has not been prepared.  Does "Miningman" have any insider infomation that he wishes to disclose?  Or is he merely a liar?
