Path Forward

Path ForwardI don't worry about day to day stock fluctuations.  If the PEA is good, the stock will be fine for at least a little while.  I am much more curious about how ALP can get from where it is to where it needs to be, if it is to become a production company.  One alternative is for it to be acquired by a much larger company.  However, ALP has a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Alabama Graphite Company, Inc.  Wouldn't it make a lot of sense to spin off the U.S. company and have it be the vehicle for a stock offering and a bond financing?  That way, Tesla, or whoever, could claim that it was buying in the U.S., and the company could tap the more liquid U.S. financial markets.
