RE:reverse split
RE:reverse splitthey might have to put a reverse split to a vote . To A producing co a reverse split isnt as bad as a reverse split for non producer as they are simply trying to stay solvent , to a producer a consolidation increases their share value at the expense of shares , and every share holder is equally hit. The good thing about that is it eliminates walls in the future like the ones at 5 cents for mto ;recently. Another way of reducing shares is a company buy back on the open market , this way they can regulate the share price a bit and support it . Share structure can get complicated but mto is fairly common. 400 million shares or higher to a producer is common , grass roots co dont usually make it but mto generating cash with the mill paid for is in good standing rest assured they will be around for a while. MTO just needs the gold sentiment to change and keep drilling , to increase gold oz and start showing real profits , by increasing mill tonnage to 1200 and get Barry going . The south zone high grade will be icing on the cake.
