RE:RE:Globe and mail articleIt is poorly written. But it does bring a person down to earth. Reuters is pro bbd. You wont get the real story from any of them. For me i just try run a point score outside the box. Emotions are high for quebec but low for the board. That pretty much trumps all.

Reuters has been wrong alot. So has everyone on this board.

What do you think pablo? Feds coming in the first thing they do will be dropping prc?
