That is the market maker testing its big guns. Usually, market maker has multiple accounts with different brokers and a very sofisticated auto trading software is used. They use the pre-market time frame to test sell/bid order software interfaces. But, I do not think right now algorithms are used for this rarely trade stock, I think it might be half-audomated system right now.

Hope the market makers are onboard now. This will make this stock spectacular.
