WRONG, Spotech is listed on AIM and under AIM rules. THe AIM rule - NOT the TSX  -required a statement by 5pm LONDON time if they had a offer and the terms if they did.  You clearly can't read.

In all previous "extension" releases - CNS was quick to follow Spotech and release as timely as Sportech did. Today they didn't.

Im told TSX was made aware of the none disclosure and then halted CNS.

All in all, it reflects on CNS management. IMO.
