RE:RE:Did Quebec invest $1bn without guarantees?All i can say is wouldnt buy Hydro one until it has real management. And a controlling interest for shareholders. he he that is a disaster waiting to happen. Not so sure if quebec is any better. Guess what im saying is that we will see what the wind turns out.
