If the split is approved REVCO will not have a "massive balance sheet" as we have already been told that the development company will be getting the cash. Further they will have zero development  pipeline as it becomes strictly a manufacturing company. Until we see the proposal we do not know if they have a patented grip on DMSO compounds as intellectual property may well go to DEVCO.
