The only party or person that could have upset the upcoming elextions would have been the former president/dictator and his loyal private army. They are now OUT of the picture entirely, and with all the foreign observers on the ground to ensure the elections go smoothly, investors should rest assured that the elections will go on democratically, without a hitch.
