if he honours the highest premium at current SU prices, then the ratio will go to 0.28 with an equivaloent SP of 10.41 for COS.

at this point I'll take that deal because I don't see an alternative deal on the table plus I will get a nice dividend for my troubles and sleep better at night.

10.50 range is fair to me


Wait... I heard him say that too, but I don't think that's what he meant. I think he meant he would honour the offer even if SU stocks increase. I also noticed he didn't answer her when she asked if he would walk. Seemed like he avoided the question. I think SU wants COS, and if they can't get it at 0.25 they will increase to make the deal happen. CEO says no, but that's his best option for a response to that question.
