I would definitely be a seller at .3 SUThe reality is that oil will be low for longer, and I wholeheartedly agree that refinery capability is the key to longevity.  Though many consider .25 a stink bid, I do not consider .3 an insult and frankly, would jump at this and keep the resultant SU holdings for the long term.  It stinks that oil is trading in the forties, and it stinks that OPEC is cutting off their nose to spite their face.  But that's the harsh reality.  I own 20,000 shares of COS and have taken a beating...if SU could just sweeten things a bit it would allow for everyone to save face and move on in this challenging environment.
