This placement makes me sick

This placement makes me sickThe placement destroyed the momentum of the stock.  What % of the placement was management and insiders?  My guess is it was most or all of it.  This makes me sick.  Trading at 80cents just days ago and you give away a 62 cent unit with warrants.  Shame on you management.
