RE:Why Now?pure tax play.  for example, if individual or entity is in the 50% tax bracket then the net cost is actually $0.775.  or, if the individual or entity is in the 30% bracket the net cost is today's market price of $1.01.  really cannot read more that this is a tax play for purchaser.
