Assets                                    $6,439              $7,149
Writeoffs & depreciation         $3,812             $1,442

Net Assets                             $2,627              $5,707


Thiese huge write offs by LTS has shown their Equity way smaller
to their Debt. Thus a high Debt to Equity ratio.

Lots of Oil Companies did not went on a writeoff spree like Lightstream (mark to market)
However Lts still own those Assets.

House of Fraud please please read their reports, the Company 
has ample cash flow that they are using not only to pay their expenses, but
also their Debt.
