does Formation still exist?last time they had 4 employees i think...maybe only Rick is still there and is working on his golf handicap..

he must be pretty good now in playing golf because for the rest he didn't do anything for shareholders formation...when will the lights go out?2016?2017?

nobody knows...Rick will take every penny from this company before he will leave the company...
