There have been several positive reviews from commentators on the PEA.  The only negative one I have seen is from our old friend, Ben Kramer Miller.  Aside from his suspicion of Baxter, his major quarrel appears to be with the treatment of some of the issues in the PEA: cost assumptions, permitting, etc.  He treats the PEA as if it were a press release by Alabama Graphite.  I thought that the PEA was supposed to be produced by an outside party unconnected to the company.  I realize that the company selects the people doing the report and will state its case and give its assumptions.  However, the report is written by an independant party.  Am I missing something?
