The syndicate of Spyglass lenders placed company in receivership with the Alberta Court approval.

In the case of Parallel Energy et al, they filed for Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) in Canada and filed Chapter 11 of Title 11 (bankruptcy) in the USA.

"The trust's securities will be delisted effective at the close of business on Dec. 11, 2015. The TSX has further advised that the securities will remain suspended from trading."
