RE:RE:RE:RE:ProMetic Life Sciences Inc. (PLI) Director Sells C$774,913.3

I guess they sold part of the shares to cover the cost of exercising those Rights and to pay taxes.  They all got the same price for the shares sold 2,9905$ (pre-arranged trade)

Also, Gregory Weaver bought two times 5 000 shares on the open market on december 3rd and december 4th at 2,2368$ and at 2,1413$ (both US dollars)

At the close on december 4th, after all the transactions, those insiders held 192 102 more shares.

Here's the details (sorry for the formatting):

Steven J Burton

42 000 Rights at 1,23$ = 51 660$ (cost)
Sold 19 905 shares at 2,9905$ = 59 525$
+22 095 shares held after transactions

Dwun-Hou Chen

87 500 Rights at 1,23$ = 107 625$
5 000 Rights at 1,71$ = 116 175$
Total cost of 116 175$
Sold 34 589 shares at 2,9905$ = 103 438$
+57 911 shares held after ransactions

Bruce Pritchard

85 000 Rights at 1,23$ = 104 550$
23 392 Rights at 1,71$ = 40 000$
Total cost of 144 550$
Sold 53 943 shares at 2,9905$ = 161 316$
+ 54 449 shares held after transactions

Patrick Sartore

37 427 Rights at 1,71$ = 64 000$
63 750 Rights at 1,23$ = 78 412$
Total cost = 142 412$
Sold 53 530$ at 2,9905$ = 160 081$
+47 647 shares held after transactions
