Bandera is nothing but a scam. MSJ (Barnett) the owner they claim they signed option agreement with does not even own the CINCO MINAS property in Mexico!!!!!
Do a search on
https://www.economia-dgm.gob.mx for titles CINCO MINAS: 221757, 224599, 224767, 221866, 221865, 221864, 224768, 224770, 221455, 221760 AND GRAN CABRERA: 205578, 219941, 219942, 220964, 220533. You will see it is clearly owned by another individual.
These tile numbers are straight from the 43-101 report Bandera filed with the TSX. Bandera has put out news release as recent as 6/10 stating they still own property and are in a court dispute with MSJ. Something terribly wrong here. I have already reported this to the Ontario Securities Commission. They will all go to jail for this. Hopefully I will get my investment back!!!
