A reminder....

A reminder....
....The Corporation would also like to announce that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The Corporation issued an aggregate of 20,200,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,010,000. Each Unit consisted of one (1) common share and one (1) common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.07 at any time till July 14, 2018......... This last PP was closed in nine days and was done when the SP was at .07. Now that the SP is at .02, the new PP proposal is still at 5 cents, only half warrants are offered (not at .07 for 3 years, but .10 for 1 year, then .15 for the next two). The next day we hear that a LOI was adopted with TAP in Africa. How come this new PP is better then the previous one when the SP is down by 70% since the previous one? Something is in the making is my only answer. AAO must already have investors interest in this new PP. They need cash for this Africa huge project I guess....
