Joe - 400 slots market cap - valuation - bargain - and who ?

Joe - 400 slots market cap - valuation - bargain - and who ?So what you're saying is - once PYD  reaches the milestone of another 400 machines and matches the market cap - the stock will have a bargain par value of the market cap ?

Meaning -
a 1.0 evaluation is beyond bargain.... And essentially the market uses far higher evaluations like 7 + and up ?

So my question - who sets the market cap for companies ?
