I don't see ANYONE here posting REAL facts.

Facts:

1. I demanded Gorrell tell me where Petromin keeps there minute books, so I can VIEW them;
2. Gorrell Refused!!
3. I had to do a British Columbia Corporate Search to find out where Petromin's Registered and Records office was;
4. I attended to Petromin's Registered and Records OFFICE (a Law Firm);
5. I viewed Petromins Minute Books and later took copies of them;
6. Petromin's Minute Books were not updated for the last YEAR;
7. There has NEVER been a News Release or Material Change Report filed for when Kenny Chan was appointed as a Director of Petromin;
8. Petromin's Minute Book shows that Kenny Chan was appointed Director on Oct. 12, 1999;
9. Petromin's Minute Book shows that Ross Gorrell was appointed April 3, 1990 (you can confirm this on page 5 of the Management Information Circular);

Statements:

10. On June 2, 2008;

BOTH Chan and Gorrell, while Directors for Enviro Energy publicly disclosed and disseminating the following statements:

(a) “Dr. Gorrell is not connected with any directors, management, shareholders, substantial shareholders or controlling shareholders of the Company” (referring to Enviro Energy); and

(b) “did not hold any directorships in any other listed companies on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) and any other stock exchange in the three years preceding the date of this announcement”

The statements are CLEARLY made to be appointed DIRECTOR of Enviro Energy International Holdings Limited to PROTECT his INTERESTS in TerraWest Energy Corp. from all the sham transactions and further hide from the next statement on the same page and paragraph:

"Dr. Gorrell does not have any interests in the securities in the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong".

What kind of possible statement do you want to here from this man that is BELIEVABLE ?

I WANT TO SEE THE AGREEMENTS!!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN THE FILING CABINET DRAWER ?

You think it is worth $0.025 right now ?

Seems to be lots of insiders (that never paid hard earned cash for their shares) just playing here, don't be fooled, it's easy to play with OPM (other PEOPLES MONEY). NOBO shows another Dissident only 50,000 shares, how many was he GIFTED and then DUMPED on the market ?

The real value, is getting a NEW BOARD elected and bringing the money back to Canada and the Shareholders, where it belongs!!

DON'T LET A LITTLE COMMON SENSE GET IN THE WAY.
If you sell a used car, whats the chance it going to move around the Country and then 8 years later end up back in your driveway, being yours again ?
