For example where I live in a high rise they had to replaced the pressure control valve for the city water supply which was supposed to take 1 day its not rocket science but its now day 3 and the hot water supply is now intermittent and I have not had a shower for while now, something has gone wrong and I can bet no one will say its there fault even it it was meanwhile Its getting ripe around here. 


Startup of a never been done before hpa refinery without setbacks and delays would be a truly amazing accomplishment


What does your hot water has to do with the city pressure? Your cold water must be intermittent too, or I'm in a twilight zone here....
