For example where I live in a high rise they had to replaced the pressure control valve for the city water supply which was supposed to take 1 day its not rocket science but its now day 3 and the hot water supply is now intermittent and I have not had a shower for while now, something has gone wrong and I can bet no one will say its there fault even it it was meanwhile Its getting ripe around here.
Startup of a never been done before hpa refinery without setbacks and delays would be a truly amazing accomplishment
Nakate, I hope you hand washed yourself at least (joke). I know what's the problem with your hot water intermittence. If I understand it correctly, you live in high altitude (probably in a big complex). If so, the city has to put booster stations, to provide you with water. If it's the case, it's normal that a pressure regulation valve has to be install (and change) on the boiler tank. It's a protection in case that a pump wouldn't stop in the city booster station, and that the entry pressure would go up to 120 psi or more. They probably did the job in one day, but since those valve are pretty sensible with their inside mechanism, if the installment guy left some dirt in the pipe, in would stuck in the mechanism and the valve wouldn't work properly. It can also be that it only need an adjustment.
