RE:LRE announces Plan of Arrangement- $0.52/ LTS $0.22LRE hit a low of 11.5 cents and got an offer of 52 cents (4.5 times)

Using the same metrics if LTS also will have problems in paying their debt,
then they will be sold for 22 cents(low) times 4.5 = 99 cents

I am backing up my truck.
