RE:Handouts for Bombardier

The Caisse and Quebec made investments after lots of DD . They expect to profit mightily from their INVESTMENTS . Why does the media keep calling this a handout . They never mention that BBD and it`s employees pay $1.3 billion a year in taxes . We give $250 million in green energy money to African dictators so they can buy guns and SUV`s. Even that`s called aid and an nvestment in the future . Bombardier always gets slammed.
