There are two possible reasons why this particular board member has resigned.  The first and probably most likely reason is he does not want to be part of this sinking ship and the end is very near.  The second reason is that he is involved with a play on the Bakken assets in SE Sask.  Its a bit of a bigger deal for him but he is a SE Sask guy and very very familiar with these assets.  A bit of a longshot but it is possible he will be part of a group that will take the assets either from the company or from the reciever.  Lets see how it plays out.
