I think that the article is poorly written (as usual for this website). Concordia does not follow the same pricing practices as Valentines, April to Sept is NOT nearly a full year, the AMCo deal HAS gone thru, and Mark Thompson has indicated that management is not interesting in issuing shares to pay down debt, but rather to reduce debt to a reasonable level from cash flows from operations. The way that these articles are written begs the question, "Is the author inept, or does he have ulterior motives?" JMHO, of course.
