this is the second time in as many days you mention this piece of information which is wrong. not sure if you're new in the business , or what is your motive behind insisting the transaction never happened. but insiders legally have 5 days to report on their transaction, they still have till next Monday to do so. don't jump fast and make yourself a fool by posting idiotic information before being accurate about it. if by next Monday this information doesn't show up on Sedi, then i would agree with you, but we still have till next Monday to verify that, hold still.
