Roy didn't say, the value would jump to 450 million after the pp. He said:

"... Once closed the financing, if they continue to sign new contracts the company will be valued at least ..."

... if they continue to sign new contracts ...

Well, that is eyactly what management predicted for the rest of the year: signing many many new contracts with important and big retail companies and basically he is saying as much as he and management always said: they are working on a billion $ company, so 450 million lays on the way up to one billion, right.

My impression is, that they all are really excited and pleased that two US funds with lots of influence in the financial world are willing to place a major investment here. It will cost them (and us) but it may pave the way in the financial world for the share price to develop according to the business success, which it didn't on the TSX.V last year.
