Normally, Derek Rather stay's in a company between 24 to 36 to turn it around and bring them to new levels. If he only stay's here 9 months, with no significant news of what was achieved during his powerlifting of VID, plus if his contract it not renewed then it will be the first time in ten years that he ain't done a miracle with a company and I wouldn't invest in such a company. You can't make a 180 degrees turnaround in such a short time. Glad I was out at .11
