From the EuroPacific report:

"We  look  for the  Company  to  raise capital over  the  next  6-12 months  to  both  fund the  operating  losses and  maintain a  minimum  cash  balance  for  flexibility  and  demonstrate  its  ongoing  financial  strength.  While  equity capital  would  seem  to  be  the  most  logical  source,  we  could  see  the  Company raise  funds  through  the licensing  of its  technology  for  non-consumer  goods  applications.
