My remarks a few posts earlier on who or what is holding us down is prefaced on the idea that the small retail shareholders like most of us who post here are always the first to get scr@wed when all the chips fall, so from experience, I have little faith in large institutional owners or management in doing anything to enhance shareholder value,other than their own vested interests. Like I say, it is not all adding up to me that we are still at these levels,even though it was nice to see green the past couple of days but even the hype surrounding proposed talks among Opec and Russia should have given more lift to a company producing eq. of 150k bbl per day. Hope my fears are unwarranted.
