Akea is a supplement consisting of natural ingredients that work synergistically to provide the body the nutrients it needs. Truestar is a personal profiling total health program, which includes a suite of over 30 products and resources that are used to create nutritional, diet and exercise plans.

AVIDUS COMPLETES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to its news release dated Dec. 29, 2015, Avidus Management Group Inc. has completed its non-brokered private placement which consisted of the sale of 20,433,680 common shares of the company at a subscription price of 7.5 cents per share for gross proceeds of $1,532,526.
