the last time i witnessed this situation was in a gold junior company, the SP was driven down 3xlower than it's actual value and kept down for 3-4 months, only for Yamana to scoop in and buy this small company for 3x this new low SP. that's how big whales manipulate the market to buy good opportunities for lower than market price. don't be surprised if we get an offer in the 0.20-0.21 range for TBE. if ur like me who bought and buying at those low levels u'll end up winning, but if ur an old share holder u r screwed. best of luck.
