Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

BUT
Their next quarter is their year end. Therefore, they have 120 days to post audited results.

"Convalo will establish the quarter ending February as its last quarter in its fiscal year effective immediately. This change is being made to give the investment community better metrics with which to compare quarters."


Therefore, we will have a while before some more catalysts. I know Midas letter has an interview with Dalsin sometime this week which may give some lift. As well, PHM reports their Q1 at the end of February and since they both still share a strong correlation we may see some change in direction from that. As well, if PHM Q is good it will ease pessimism in both companies.

Lastly, in the last couple months there have been some strong buying by CFO Allan Dicks. He owns approximately ~900,000 shares. I am unaware of the price he aquired them at but he has approximately a quarter million in the company. Because of this I am not worried about the financials or fundamentals.
