RE:RE:RE:RE:MMT priceSan Leon must have a stronger ability to finance over the longer term, plus they have negotiated a deal that is different from Mart's. Reality is that the risks of dealing with low oil prices with no end in sight and a large debt position are huge. Mart had a large working capital deficit in Q3 as well, which isn't something that is gong to improve the company's ability to survive. It is very difficult to imagine another offer that is better or even palatable given the risks and uncertainty in the oil business and in Nigeria, and if this one doesnt go through it will be very tough going forward even in the short term. Read the Going Concern Note in the Q3 financial Statements. Believing that this will all work out and Mart will go on a run like it did in 2012 - 2013 is delusional. 

I will be voting "yes", taking my money, and running to better investments.
