Next week. x2

Next week. x2
Since the last almost 2 dollar high in September many things have occured. None really negative at all. The sp being what it is, is a little disappointing for many longs. Thats for sure. But they are longs and are used to dealing and checking prices occasionally. I will i was more disciplined.

There is no fundamental reasoning on the current share price. Since september the gradual decline of share value was expected. I knew this was going to happen. But just because i knew this doesnt mean that it was deserved or warranted.

I was able to pick up shares last week, lots of shares. It is the biggest stock in my portfolio right now, if share prices continue to slide it will be. Not because im chasing the price anymore but because there is a fundamentals flaw with the market cap of bombardier.

For the most part, i am extremely critical of the Beaudoin Family. I still dont like how they manage bombardier. Make no mistakes, the board always runs the company.

But all in all bbd's debt is not that bad - if they stop shaving assets and giving them away to the governement. Its ridiculous. The chinese offer for Transportation was under what I think they could have gotten for it. It would have been able to pay off all debts that the c-series caused and helped with manufacturing ramp up.

Generally speaking i have quite a bit into bbd. I would not have done this if A: BBD was going bankrupt. B: There was nothing in the works to make it up for the longs, and C: There products and services were subpar.

So I wish you all good luck and fortune in the coming week or two. But prices will start to stabilize next week. Then there will be a gradual incline of shareprice. There isnt much more down it can go. Seems every week there is a new article out - about orders and blah blah blah. But bbd doesnt need them right now. The plane is credible already. Everyone knows its the best. Even the airlines.
