Who wins with this deal?

Who wins with this deal?Let's hear what mgmt has to say on conf call.  I am wondering who wins here?  LSG shareholders, TAHO shareholder, Tony & Alan, employees?   IMO, LSG is worth more that CAD $1.65 at which it is currently trading based on deal.  I want more, gimme more or I vote NO.
