Gold price has been moving up ...

Gold price has been moving up ...but OBM share price hasn't. Any thoughts as to why this is the case? We need some guidance from management on their plans. The company has a ragout of properties and too big a BoD. Need to streamilne the BoD and tell us their plans for 2016. "Trust us" just doesn't cut it with me.
