I beg to differ. The reason that share price is going down is because morons are selling rather then buying. They think that there is only the c series because of the media. Discount the other plane orders, trains, and everything else. This is why it is a buy imo. People are stupid. Especially most retail investors. 

FYI Canadian banks are under short attack too. Almost everything on the TSX. So where are the regulators?
