As far as expected free cash flow and possible 1 or 2 small tuck-in acquisitions at 4-5x EBIT-DA: this information was previously discussed by MT on at least three separate occasions. It appears that most of us here have done more DD than you have. I don't think that it is acceptable to make a comment such as the "mortgage payments" one, and then turn around and blame it on things that you read on this board.
Please don't be lazy and do your own DD.
