GDP is a big portion. The province of quebec is "Special", GDP doesnt happen from quebec. But from canada. The powers that are in QC, are a strange thing that doesnt make sense. But as a real investor. Under a dollar and maybe much more soon. I would take the risk unless feds are involved. If they are bail. Just like GM.
