RE:Arbitration Colombia would become an internationk
Hi Mahovich;
Yes either way that was my point, either Colombia settles this never ending, set-up of hurdles or is taken to the ICC which they will lose & all expenses even attorney's fees are recovered by Eco Oro. We should have done what Bear Creek did & put the preliminary Arbitration into play a year ago. Negociations would still continue (6 months with extentions) with a probable iron clad road map to permitting & production or Eco (we shareholders) pack up the tent & leave with the money we invested. Possibly recouping at $3.00 USDs per share +-.
It is simply wise conduct given the belabored obstructions we have faced for years now. Our ability to defend ourselves isn't about not following through with all the tools at our disposal which to me have been enacted in a more timely fashion. I never said Clombia was trying to bankrupt Eco Oro, yet how close to inslovency do we have to be pushed, dilution will not give we shareholders any delight, yet going to court will only keep adding any dilution in future PPs recouping the liquidity we need to see this to the end with Arbitration. OR best case Colombia really does by written agreements expedite our permitting process which will surely attract a buyer, & Minesa will be left to absorb or be absorbed in a consolidation. GLTA
