Dannygo, my feeling is that FEC's accounts are mostly set. I doubt they'll be doing any significant accumulating next week, especially as they won't be able to vote those new shares (as far as I know anyway - a flaw in this proxy voting system as far as I'm concerned. If you own shares, you should be able to vote them right up until the meeting.). But time will tell...
