I don't disagree with anything you wrote, except for the name-calling.

It does no good to call them "tumors" among other things, and who knows how many uninformed shareholders have been alienated by reading those posts.

Anybody without background knowledge, looking for information about which way to vote and reading some of the recent name-calling posts, could easily conclude that the dissidents are a bunch of crazies. If you want the next vote to go your way, cool it. You might just pick up those few extra votes needed.
