Thanks 49er, we both were right & knew the hand writing on the wall. We actually stayed in contact with Anna i the unfolding process, & although never did get any undue favor or info, one could read between the lines as to Colombia's motives. I urged Eco to initiate arbitration way back in 12/2014. You remain a very wise member of this Baord, many thanks for your spot on input, so very valuable.
