Have no fear - according to Old_Dog  it will be an amazing deal (even though he hasn't seen the specifics of it).

It's likely a bad deal with little to nothing for shareholders. I pray and hope that I'm wrong.


The only thing slightly encouraging IMO is that Alpha keeps throwing money at MBC. If they didn't want anything to do with it, I would assume they would have backed out by now??? Thoughts?
