RE:not a normal arb deal hereToday, by far, is the biggest hurdle. Gov approvals are minor technicalities, dotting the i&#39;s, crossing the t&#39;s. This company is nowhere near a Cdn &#39;jewel&#39;, the alternative is bankrupcy and the Chinese gov wants more o&amp;g supply. Win/Win. Exciting day!
